Yoga Day
During the Yoga Day, our instructors will host four different wellness sessions at Kuru. The classes are suitable for both regular practitioners and first-timers alike. Choose from the refreshing Morning Yoga to start your day, the deeply relaxing Siesta session featuring sound bowl therapy, or Aerial Yin Yoga, where gentle, swaying movements guide the body and mind into a state of deep relaxation.
The Yin Yoga & Ball Massage class combines traditional yin yoga with fascia ball techniques, gently releasing muscle tension and bringing flexibility to the body.
