Yoga Day
On our Yoga Day, our instructors host four different wellness sessions at Kuru and the Lake Spa. The classes are suitable for both regular practitioners and first-timers. Choose from morning-starting Morning Yoga, the deeply relaxing Siesta that includes a sound bowl treatment, or Aerial Yin Yoga, where gentle, swaying movements help your body and mind drift into relaxation. New this year: Warm Yoga, held at the Lake Spa!
New: Warm Yoga
Järvisydän’s Warm Yoga takes place on the tropical yoga loft at the Lake Spa, where the temperature is about 32°C. In this warm environment, we build strength and flexibility while cultivating peace of mind. The calm pace helps you settle into your own space, leaving you feeling euphorically relaxed after the session. The class is easily adapted to all levels, with the instructor offering variations to suit everyone.
