On this route, you can engage in activities such as ice skating, kick sledding, walking, winter cycling, and, weather permitting, skiing on the trail alongside the main route. The nearest campfire sites are located on Pieni-Lappi island, approximately 4 km away. Tickets for the ice route and equipment rentals can be obtained from J\u00e4rvisyd\u00e4n Safari House. Please do not deviate from the designated path. Ice conditions can be checked on the Ice Skating <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Tourskating\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Facebook page<\/a> or from our staff.<\/p>\n<p>Also, be mindful not to venture into the shoreline snowdrifts to avoid disturbing seal nesting areas. Avoid walking on the ice near the harbor (long pier) as it may be weak.
