Welcome to the hot air balloon event in Järvisydän, Rantasalmi, on 4–8 March 2026!
Järvisydän is hosting this wonderful hot air balloon event for the third time. So far, 5–6 balloon teams from Finland and 3-4 teams from abroad have preliminarily registered. Come enjoy the lake scenery and an unforgettable atmosphere! Last year, a hot air balloon sauna flew over the lake. The lake ice was excellent, and the group’s cars were able to drive right up to the landing site as the balloon team landed on the frozen lake.

The price of the flight 290 €/person or for 4 person groups total 990 € (includes sales tax).
Please note! Due to weather conditions, multiple days have been reserved so that international balloon teams also have time to fly.
