Welcome to the Heart of Järvisydän! Our new, recently completed fire kitchen is at the heart of our restaurant. We have prepared a comprehensive experience for you, where we have done our best to consider not only locality and domesticity but also seasons and traditions.

FIRE MENU

As a starter, we serve open-field cucumber gazpacho with dark mint oil (DF,GF).

For the meat dish, we offer grilled beef fillet (heritage breed) with port wine sauce, roasted cauliflower purée, grilled baby carrots, spring onion greens, and kale (LF,GF).

For the fish dish, we offer seared pike-perch with lemon butter sauce, pea purée, grilled baby carrots, spring onion greens, and radish (LF,GF).

For the vegetarian option, we offer a grilled vegetable skewer with tzatziki, kale, and radish (DF,GF).

For dessert, rhubarb-vanilla tartlet (LF).
