Yoga Day
On Yoga Day, our instructors will host four different wellness sessions at Kuru. The classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Choose from an energizing Morning Yoga to start your day, a deeply relaxing Siesta with sound bowl therapy, or a session of Aerial Yoga! During the summer season, you can also enjoy the refreshing experience of Forest Yoga.
