Purchasing Black Week GIFT CARDS

The products are available in the gift card shop and are paid for at the time of purchase. After payment, you will receive a link by email from which you can print or save the PDF gift card. Offers cannot be purchased by phone/email or with another gift card.

Gift cards are valid from January 1 to December 31, 2026. You can make a reservation with the gift card as soon as you have purchased it.

Voucher: Cruise to the National Park -50%

Cruise to Linnansaari National Park for 2 persons with a price of one 32,90e (normally 65,80€) Take a cruise to the magnificent Linnansaari National Park. The ship cruises daily from Järvisydän to Linnansaari from May to the end of October. Cruise duration 1h/ one direction. You can decide the length of the hiking time on the island yourself.

Lake Spa ticket for adults. The ticket includes admission (Sun-Fri), a towel rental, and small snacks at the spa—bath time 2h.

The ticket is valid for the year 2026, until 31.12.2026 between Mon-Fri. You don't need an advance booking. Take the gift card with you when you arrive at the spa.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – Black Week ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS
Accommodation & Breakfast (not gift cards)

Bookings are made via Järvisydän’s online store for your preferred holiday date. Bookings must be paid for at the time of booking in the online store.

Cancellation/Changes to Accommodation Bookings
Accommodation bookings can be canselled latest 7 days before arrival with cansellation fee 20€. The booking can be rescheduled within the offer period (Nov 23, 2025–Feb 28, 2026, excluding December 23–January 6) at no extra charge. Rescheduling must be done at least 7 days before the start of the booking through customer service.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – Black Week GIFT CARDS

The products are sold in the Nature Hotel & Spa Resort Järvisydän’s gift card store and must be paid for at the time of purchase. Payment methods include card payments, mobile payments, bank transfers, and Klarna. After payment, you will receive a link via email to print/save the gift card as a PDF. Offers cannot be purchased by phone/email or with another gift card.

Validity

  • Accommodation Gift Cards: Reservations can be made for stays Sunday–Friday (departure can be on a Friday) between January 1–December 31, 2026 (excluding July 1–31 and December 23–26).
  • Spa Entry Tickets: Valid January 1–December 31, 2026 (Sunday–Friday).
  • Evening spa gift cards are valid January 1–December 31 for evenings Monday–Saturday.
  • Cruise to the National Park Gift Cards: Valid during the cruise season of 2026 (May 15–October 30).

Cancellations/Changes of GIFT CARD reservations:

Reservations made with gift cards can be rescheduled free of charge within the gift card’s validity period. Rescheduling must be done at least 7 days before the start of the reservation. Changes must be made via Järvisydän’s customer service.

Gift cards must be used by the expiration date indicated on the card and for the service specified on the card. Unused gift cards will not be exchanged for cash and cannot be used after the expiration date. Gift cards are subject to a statutory 14-day cancellation right for online purchases (from the purchase date).

USING BLACK WEEK GIFT CARDS:

Accommodation Gift Cards:

You can easily book your desired dates and accommodation via the online store:

  1. Go to the online store (a link is also provided on the gift card): sydan.love/redeem.
  2. Select “Redeem Gift Card” and enter your gift card number.
  3. Search for your desired dates and select the number of nights. Note: The earliest check-in date is Sunday, and the latest departure date is Friday.
  4. Choose your preferred accommodation type and make the booking.

Accommodation gift cards are valid until December 31, 2026. If additional guests or children need to be included, the booking must be made through customer service. Accommodation gift cards cannot be split between two different rooms or time periods.

Spa and Activity Gift Cards:

Reservations for cruise and evening spa visits must be made in advance through the sales service at jarvisydan@jarvisydan.fi or spa@jarvisydan.fi for the evening spa. No advance booking is required for spa entrance gift cards; simply show the gift card upon arrival at the spa. Always bring your gift card with you when visiting Järvisydän/Kuru (either in digital or printed form).
