Kuru Rooms
In the luxurious Villas and Suites, nature embraces you. The glass wall opens up to a pine forest view, bringing the rhythm of nature into the Villa. The connection with nature calms the mind and enhances your wellbeing.
Each Villa and Suite features a double bed, fireplace, spa area with sauna and bathtub, as well as a covered outdoor terrace with hanging chairs.
The Villas and Suites are designed for 2 guests.

Restaurant Solitary offers unforgettable dining experiences in the enchanting nature of Lake Saimaa – secluded from the rush and bustle of the world, in the heart of pure tranquility. The restaurant is located in the main building of Kuru, right next to Järvisydän.
The seasonally changing menu is inspired by the surrounding nature: fish and game from Lake Saimaa, along with berries, mushrooms, and wild herbs from the nearby forests. The menu evolves entirely according to the ingredients provided by our network of local producers at any given time. Craftsmanship and respect for raw ingredients are at the very core of what we do.

Solitary is open daily from 5pm until midnight.
Wellbeign
Come restore your well-being and join guided relaxation classes in Kuru’s Lazy Space.
You can look forward to a variety of practices, including breathing exercises, meditation, sound baths, and gentle yoga. Let relaxation and pleasure be the main focus of your holiday.
You can join the class even if you’re not staying at Kuru / Järvisydän! Please note that our classes are for adults only. Classes are guided in either Finnish or English.
Lakeside saunas
Kuru is located in the heart of nature, on the shore of a peaceful lake where you’ll also find our atmospheric lakeside saunas. Gentle steam and a dip in the clean lake are a traditional part of a relaxing holiday. In winter, you can go straight from the sauna to the ice hole!
Kuru’s lakeside saunas are available for booking year-round. At the sauna, you’ll have access to an outdoor hot tub and the opportunity to swim from your own private dock. Please note that the entire Kuru area is for adults only!
