Yoga Day

On Yoga Day, our instructors will host four different wellness sessions at Kuru. The classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Choose your favorite: an energizing Morning Yoga to start the day, a deeply relaxing Siesta with sound bowl therapy, or a session of Aerial Yoga!

New: Air Yin Yoga
Air Yin Yoga is a gentle yin yoga practice done with low, knee-height hammocks. The soft support of the fabric and subtle movement guide both body and mind into a state of sweet relaxation – entirely at your own pace. Compared to traditional yin yoga, Air Yin offers the stillness of yin combined with gentle motion, effectively soothing an overstimulated nervous system. We also use bolsters and blankets as props to help you find the most comfortable position for your body.
