YOGA DAY
On Yoga Day, our instructors will lead four different wellness classes at Kuru. The sessions are well suited for both experienced practitioners and complete beginners. Choose from morning yoga to start your day, an ultra-relaxing Siestaincluding a sound bowl treatment, or aerial yoga!
New: Air Yin Yoga
Air Yin Yoga is a yin yoga practice performed using low-hanging fabrics, approximately knee height. The gentle support and subtle swaying of the fabric guide the body and mind into a sweet state of relaxation, on the body’s own terms. Compared to traditional yin yoga, Air Yin Yoga combines stillness with a touch of movement, effectively calming an overactive nervous system. We also use yoga bolsters and blankets to help you find the most comfortable position for your body.
