Mid Summer Yoga

Yoga Day 21.6.

On Yoga Day, our instructors will lead four different wellness sessions in Kuru. These classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Choose from a refreshing morning yoga session, a deeply relaxing Siesta with sound bowl therapy, or an aerial yoga class! In the summer, we also offer Forest Yoga!
