Welcome to the Heart of Järvisydän! Our new, recently completed fire kitchen is at the heart of our restaurant. We have prepared a comprehensive experience for you, where we have done our best to consider not only locality and domesticity but also seasons and traditions.

Dishes are served to the table.

As a starter, we serve chanterelle soup, dark malt bread and churned butter (LF). As of Sep 3 we will be serving black trumpet mushroom soup, fried black trumpet mushrooms, dark malt bread and churned butter (LF). Vegan option: Roasted cauliflower soup (DF,GF)

For the meat dish, we offer braised lamb shank, roasting jus, mint jelly, Jerusalem artichoke-potato purée and seasonal root vegetables (LF,GF).

For the fish dish, we offer charred rainbow trout, sea buckthorn sauce, Jerusalem artichoke-potato purée and seasonal root vegetables (LF,GF).

For the vegetarian option, we offer turnip stuffed with chanterelle stew and seasonal root vegetables (DF).

For dessert, cloudberry pudding with preserved cloudberries and tar ice cream.
