Restaurant Solitary has once again received major recognition, having been voted the 9th best restaurant in Finland. The year before last, Solitary was ranked 30th, while last year Solitary was also voted the 9th best restaurant.

Finland’s 50 best restaurants are listed annually based on a vote by industry professionals. The vote is organized by Viisi Tähteä, an online media outlet. Professionals from the hospitality sector, the beverage and food business, and restaurant and food writing from across Finland are invited to vote. Approximately 70% of voters are restaurant industry professionals.
SOLITARY
Led by Remi Trémouille, the restaurant offers dinner experiences built around locally sourced ingredients, set in the enchanting nature of Lake Saimaa—secluded from the rush and bustle of the outside world. Two set menu options are available: 3 and 5 courses, as well as an à la carte menu. À la carte dishes and prices vary depending on the season and availability.
