Welcome to the Heart of Järvisydän! Our new, recently completed fire kitchen is at the heart of our restaurant. We have prepared a comprehensive experience for you, where we have done our best to consider not only locality and domesticity but also seasons and traditions.

Dishes are served to the table.

As a starter, we will be serving apple and beetroot soup, with goat cheese, sourdough bread and churned butter (LF).
Available as vegan & with gluten-free bread.

For the meat dish, we offer roasted pork neck, hunter’s sausage, mustard gravy, creamy stewed cabbage, roasted root vegetables (LF,GF).

For the fish dish, we offer seared Arctic char, sea buckthorn sauce, creamy stewed fennel, roasted root vegetables (LF,GF).

For the vegetarian option, we offer fava bean croquettes, beetroot hummus, stewed cabbage, and roasted root vegetables (DF).

For dessert, apple oat crumble with plum-cinnamon ice cream (LF,GF)
