Things to consider before treatments
Please book your treatment in advance. Arrive well in advance of your treatment (approx. 30min) so you can start your journey to relaxation with a visit to the steam room. If you know you will be late, please let our customer service representative know so that our staff can make arrangements. Please allow enough time for your visit after your treatment to make the most of your stay.
When you make your booking, please let us know if there is anything about your medical condition that is important for the therapist/masseuse to know or that may affect the treatment itself (for example, pregnancy, illness or medication).
When you arrive at Kuru Spa, you will be given a pre-determination form to fill in when you register at the reception. You will be directed to the changing room where a bathrobe and slippers will be provided for you. There is a basket in the changing room for your personal belongings, which you can take with you during your treatment. For some spa treatments we provide you with disposable underwear and a hair cover, but otherwise you can leave your underwear (bottom) under your bathrobe. Most of our treatments start with a foot cleansing with warm towels and a head massage as part of the overall treatment.
After the treatment
After the treatment, you can sit back and enjoy a refreshing drink. This way your mind and body can gently return from a wonderful mini-break. Our customer service team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the treatments and the practicalities of your stay.
